Return Policy
In the event a return, customers are asked to supply pictures which can clearly show the quality issues.
If the return is for a refund, only the value of the products parts will be returned instead of the shipping cost from us to clients.
If the return is in exchange for a replacement, the amount paid for shipping the products from us to clients will not be rebursed.
Ths policy also applies in the case of defective items. While the occurency of dective items are quite rare, We will reagrds it as unfortune situation and an exchange will be offered.
Sample Policy
For standard models ,Samples will offer for free, customers will only need to bear the express cost.
Samples can be ready in 7 labor days once all details confirmed.
Lead Time
14 labor days for a full container and LCL.

TT 30% deposit , 70% blance before loading;
